Thermochromic and Photochromic Color-Changing paint. Change color with Temperature or Light! |

They are on their way. The coolest paints you can find anywhere. Some change color dramatically (even from black to white) as the temerature changes, while some change within seconds as they move between sun and shade, regardless of temperature. Thermochromic paints change as the temperature changes. As the temperature goes up, the color changes to a clear, revealing the base coat or graphics underneath. The helmet shown was a white base with a black temperature sensitive paint sprayed over it. Photochromic paints change when exposed to UV rays. The second they are exposed to sunlight, they change from a white color to a nice deep color. Mix these pigments with our pearls for a subtle and more protected paint job. See the yellow to orange mouse shown below. Just mix into a clear base (like a blender or a binder) and spray it. 4 level teaspoons of our mixture per pint will get you great temperature or solar change paint at a great price. NOTE: The Thermochromic paints (Temperature change) have a low UV tolerance without proper protection, so for exterior paint, use a clear coat like Alsa's sunscreen clear or Dupont's hc7776. No warranty can be given, as this is a new product and what you topcoat it with will determine its longevity and endurance to UV rays. |
